It’s similar to a gift certificate but for travel. You are buying
the vacation in advance for someone else, usually good for one year or
more. The vacation “cert” can be good for resorts, hotels,
air, or a cruise. There are terms of participation when using the incentive

US?
The Getaway is for U.S. residents only; however, the other 2 offers can be used by anyone.
14. What costs does the vacation certificate cover?
These certificates cover the cost of the room or cruise ship cabin only. It does not cover taxes or anything a guest may charge. Nor does it cover transportation.
15. How long do my clients have to use the vacation I give them?
These certificates have an expiration date typically 12 to 18 months from the time you receive them. We can re-date certificates that may be about to expire. Once the certificate has been activated, the traveler has one year to use it.
16. Can these vacations certificates be used for group travel.
NO. These certificates are made to be used to help you build your business.
17. How does the reservation process work? Do I have to do
a lot of paperwork?
Actually, you don't have to do any paperwork at all. We'll handle everything
for you and your customer. After they receive a certificate from you,
they'll mail it in to our Customer Redemption Center with their preferred
travel dates and any applicable fees. We'll quickly confirm their eligibility
and send them a reservation form. Travel reservations will then be made
in their name at the hotel, and we can help with any other requests that
they have. It's that simple.
18. Are the certificates transferable? Can I "wholesale"
them to other distributors?
Yes, absolutely. They are fully transferable prior to certificate registration.
19. Can I sell these incentives directly to consumers through
online auctions or other sales campaigns?
As a general rule, we ask that our products NOT be resold directly to
consumers. They can be given away as a bonus item with the purchase of
any other product or service, and bulk sales to other businesses are no
problem. Some exceptions can be made for non-profit fundraising or other
special circumstances, so please contact
us before beginning your campaign to see if it qualifies
for reselling, just to be sure.
20. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express payments though our online

Bank transfers are also available for orders totaling at least $500.
21. How long will it take to receive my order?
It is our policy to keep most products in stock so that we can ship within
2-3 business days after you place the order. We ship via Federal Express and USPS Priority Mail. We will advise you immediately
of any delays.
22. How much is shipping?
We charge shipping costs according to the order size, and we ship anywhere
in the U.S. International shipping is no problem, and you will be billed
at the actual cost. Expedited shipping to the U.S. and Canada is also
available. Shipping by FedEx is $10 per order, 2nd Day is $15 per order, and overnight shipping is $20 per order.
23. Can I get price breaks for buying more?
These prices are considerably below our normal retail pricing. We have already taken into consideration the volume sales that will come from YTB's group buying power and priced these certificates accordingly.
